★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to a couple of brow bars in the uk and this was my first in Amsterdam- it was not v good and I wouldn’t recommend to a friend. The girl seemed inexperienced in comparison to the ones in uk- there was no customer service no advice no discussing what could be done for me. Really not worth the money, poor overall and then the girls came down to get their lunch whilst I was having my treatment! V noisy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been threading my eyebrows since 5 years that too in cheap parlours. I was so excited to try out this place however I got bumps after the eyebrow cleanup. This is a major turnoff and from now I am scared to hell trying new places for my eyebrows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the brows but due to very poor customer service, I will never come back to this salon.
They are busy and not bothered to be nice to the clients as they don't have to be. Too bad!
Definitely not recommended for experience. I am adding to my comment they I was trying to cancel the appointment which scheduled 7 pm early Monday morning to free space for someone that day. In the return, I am charged 50% and treated with a very poor, service and even worse attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get just the basic threading and clean up. They've nice service, they take their time and make sure you like the result, they listen and they're good at their job. Once I came with my baby and they're so nice and caring with the experience.
I can't talk about special treatments but they've a really nice and loyal bag of clients

My first treatment was with Isabelle if Im not wrong and she was very kind and polite. My second time i had a shaping appointment with the owner Nina. She was calm and polite and listen carefully to my wishes and came up with great tips. I have been working in beauty industry for 15 years and as a trainer for many well-known brands, service is very important to me beside the job off course and in my opinion this is exactly what you get here Looking forward for my next visit. Thank you iBrowbar!
