★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the products in this store. I am in there almost every month buying things for myself or gifts. But my goodness some of the staff can be quite unfriendly. I just went in there to buy a gift and tried the scent of a candle only to be told in a condescending tone by the tall blonde lady not to do that because of covid19. Whiles, I understand her concern, I will suggest to please put up a big note clear to everyone not to touch anything. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I tried to leave the hair dresser downstairs throught the shop, which is the entrance, the shop girl from Skins snapped at me: “You can’t come through here, we’re counting the money!” She acted like I was deliberately being difficult and like I was a huge nuisance, instead of a paying customer. I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner in a shop all my life. Skins is a great brand, but the attitude and service at this branch are unbelievably bad. I suspect some of the 5-star reviews are fake in order to try and cancel out all the 1-star reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were rude, disinterested and showed condescending attitude despite me buying and being a long time client. I wondered if they only provide good service if you look Dutch. No samples were ever provided. Now I know why I tend to avoid buying in their shops and preferred to go online. Great selection but Skins need to invest in staff training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that I’m reading all of the other 1 star reviews, I have to say their customer service is horrible. I was waiting at the entrance, it was roped off due to Covid, an employee walks up behind me, I asked her if this was the right place to wait, she rudely asked me to move so that she can enter the shop. Already that first exchange I had bad vibes. She wasn’t knowledgeable on the product lines, and had such a strong and rude attitude towards me at all times. Kept raising her voice at me to make her point. Yes I can still hear you with a facemask, no need to shout at me. Didn’t even offer to order the product online and ship to store. The manager made up for it by being polite, but I don’t know what that rude employee is doing working there. I’m completely turned off by this experience, and I will never shop here again, all because of one employee. Skins, do you understand the concept of customer service? Didn’t think so reading the other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great perfume selection, and usually staff is knowledgeable and friendly. However, today I was 'helped' by a very rude staff member who totally disregarded me, sprayed wrong perfume on me and eventually ignored me.
Skins, you can do better than that. Very disappointed....
