★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Sterne also die Bewertungen die hier stehen kann ich nicht teilen. Ich kam im Shop rein hab mich für eine Vertragsverlängerung entschieden, und beraten lassen! Der Verkäufer nahm sich sehr viel Zeit, erklärte mir alles mit ins Detail. Es kam zum Abschluss drauf hin, gab es noch die gute Nachricht da ich Kunde bin könnte man meinen Vertrag ein wenig Günstiger machen. Also ich fand mein Besuch im Shop sehr gut da mir alle Rabatte geben wurden sind was machbar war. Jeder Zeit würde ich wieder dort hin gehen.
5 stars so I can not share the reviews here. I came into the shop, decided to extend my contract and got advice! The seller took a lot of time and explained everything to me in detail. It ended up being there, there was still the good news because I am a customer you could make my contract a little cheaper. So I found my visit to the shop very good because all the discounts were given me what was possible. I would go there again anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Beratung man muss auch keinen Vertrag nehmen direkt. Man kann auch nur ein Handy da kaufen ohne Simbabwe und auch anders rum in einem Vertrag.
Very good advice you don't have to take a contract directly. You can only buy a cell phone there without Zimbabwe and the other way around in a contract.

Kunden werden mit Digga und Alter angesprochen. Unkooperativ und die Beratung ist der absolute Müll... ein Wunder das die 3 Wissen wie die Handys überhaupt angehen. Trotz wenig Informationen dauern Gespräche trotzdem enorm lange, da das o2-Marl Team anscheinend die ein oder andere Schlaftablette vor der Arbeit nimmt.
Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen!
o2 Sollte dieses Franchise dicht machen. Absolut peinlich.
It's a shame that you have to give a star. Unprofessionalism and ignorance combined.
Customers are addressed with Digga and age. Uncooperative and the advice is absolute rubbish ... a miracle that the 3 knowledge of how the cell phones deal with at all. Despite little information, conversations take a long time because the o2-Marl team apparently takes one or the other sleeping pill before work.
Absolutely not to be recommended!
o2 Should close this franchise. Absolutely embarrassing.
