Die Mitarbeiter hören zu und stellen sich auf meinen Bedarf ein. man merkt, dass man ihnen als Kundin wichtig ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mittlerweile seit längerem Kundin von o2, damals von Vodafone dorthin gewechselt. Von Anfang an betreut mich das Team im RRZ und eigentlich habe ich mich immer super aufgehoben und verstanden gefühlt.
Sorgen, Bedenken und Interessen wurden ernst genommen und berücksichtigt. Bei Vertragsangelegenheiten wurde einem genug Bedenkzeit gegeben und sogar über den Ladentisch hinaus Interesse gezeigt, indem man einfach telefonisch angesprochen wurde.
Kleine technische Probleme kamen schon mal vor, aber da kann das Team im Laden ja selber mit am wenigsten für. :-)
Auch wenn das Team nun noch Oberhausen zieht, werde ich mich weiterhin von ihnen betreuen lassen. Danke!
I've been a customer of o2 for a long time now, when I switched from Vodafone. The team at the RRZ has looked after me right from the start and I always felt that I was in good hands and understood.
Concerns, concerns and interests were taken seriously and considered. When it comes to contractual matters, you were given enough time to think it over and even shown interest beyond the counter by simply being contacted by phone.
Small technical problems have happened before, but the team in the store can do the least for them. :-)
Even if the team is still moving to Oberhausen, I will continue to be looked after by them. Thank you!
