★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was soll ich sagen, bis zum Vertragsabschluss hätte ich alle Sterne gegeben. Danach war alles nur noch schlecht. Neue Bankverbindung nicht eingetragen bzw. weitergeleitet. Es ging soweit das Inkasso eingeschaltet wurde. Immer wurde versprochen sich zu kümmern. Irgendwann kam nichts mehr! Verständlicher Weise habe ich den Vertrag schriftlich gekündigt und sieht da, auch diese wurde ignoriert und nicht weitergeleitet. Finde das echt krass. Kann den Shop daher keines Wegs empfehlen. Sorry!
What can I say, I would have given all the stars until the contract was signed. After that everything was just bad. New bank details not entered or forwarded. It went as far as the debt collection was switched on. They always promised to take care of them. At some point nothing more came! Understandably, I terminated the contract in writing and saw that this was also ignored and not forwarded. Find that really awesome. Can't recommend the shop in any way. Sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe. Man bekommt nicht, was man bestellt hat. Trotz 100 Telefonate, in denen man nur vertröstet wurde.
Ich möchte keine Namen nennen. Doch ich hoffe das jeder der diesen Beitrag liest, dieses " Geschäft" meidet. Die Konditionen bekommt man überall. Und das wichtigste ist, die vereinbarten Konditionen. Was in diesem Laden schnell vergessen wird. Seit 10 Monaten nur die Hälfte des vereinbarten Internet Volumen!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nie wieder gehe ich einen Schritt in diesen Laden. Es sei zu wünschen, dass dieser Beitrag, anderen Menschen hilft.
Absolute disaster. You don't get what you ordered. Despite 100 phone calls in which one was only put off.
I don't want to mention names. But I hope everyone who reads this post avoids this "business". You can get the conditions everywhere. And the most important thing is the agreed terms. What is quickly forgotten in this store. For 10 months only half of the agreed internet volume !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will never step into this shop again. It is to be hoped that this contribution helps other people.
