W	W. van Beek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen zaterdag kocht mijn jonge zoon in de winkel een bril. Hij werd heel goed geholpen door een aardige dame. Bij de kassa bleek de zonnebril duurder te zijn dan hij dacht, maar omdat de dame zo lief was geweest, durfde hij geen nee meer te zeggen. Thuis in tranen, want hij wilde zijn 1e zelfverdiende salaris daar niet aan opmaken. Ik, moeder, terug naar de winkel. Patrick en beide werkneemsters hebben het relaas aangehoord, reageerde hartverwarmend, want zo stelde de verkoopster, hij had gewoon nee moeten zeggen, gewoon durven. Daarna stelde Patrick voor, omdat ze in de winkel geen geld mogen teruggeven, het door te zetten naar het hoofdkantoor, finance. Vandaag belde hij dat hij het gedaan had en zodra hij terugkoppeling kreeg, zou ik het horen. Nu al een dikke 10 punten voor de manier waarop ze hiermee omgaan. Een jonge jongen die een grote fout maakt, enorm schrikt van het bedrag, tranen, en zich kapotschaamt voor zijn ouders. Fijn dat Occhiali dit begrijpt. Nu hopen dat ook het hoofdkantoor zich kan verplaatsen in deze jongen. Wordt vervolgd.... 29juli. Een heel dik compliment naar dit bedrijf en de organisatie Brilservice die erachter zit. Vandaag hebben we het totale aankoopbedrag terug gehad. Last Saturday my young son bought a pair of glasses at the store. He was very well helped by a nice lady. At the checkout, the sunglasses turned out to be more expensive than he thought, but because the lady had been so sweet, he didn't dare say no anymore. At home in tears, because he did not want to spend his 1st self-earned salary. Me, mother, back to the store. Patrick and both employees have heard the story, reacted heartwarmingly, because, according to the saleswoman, he should have just said no, just dared. Then Patrick suggested, because they are not allowed to return money in the store, to forward it to the head office, finance. Today he called that he had done it and as soon as he got feedback I would hear it. Already a big 10 points for the way they handle this. A young boy who makes a big mistake, is shocked by the amount, tears, and is ashamed of his parents. Glad Occhiali understands this. Now let's hope that the head office can also move into this boy. To be continued.... July 29. A very big compliment to this company and the Brilservice organization that is behind it. Today we have received the total purchase amount back.

Petje af voor de vrouwelijke verkoopmedewerker in het speciaal. Ik kan mij niet vinden in de negatieve reviews en wil graag aan het management van de winkel kenbaar maken dat zij met deze desbetreffende collega, echt een woman for the job hebben gevonden! Petje af! I have been helped tremendously! Dropped by today to get my glasses adjusted. Extremely friendly helped with so much time and care. Hats off to the female sales associate in special. I cannot agree with the negative reviews and would like to inform the management of the store that they have really found a woman for the job with this colleague in question! Hats off!

There was no 'hard sell' , but just a desire to find me 'quality eyewear' that would properly fit my Asian profile. In the end, both the manager Beverly and associate Patrick went 'above and beyond' to fit my new Marni sunglasses as well as my old personal pair. This was a positive customer experience all around... 2 THUMBS UP!

The personel is friendly and helpful ! I really appreciate that they don’t let to much people come inside the shop during the corona time.
