★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut frecher und unfreundlicher Filialleiter im Only for men Store im Designer Outlet Roermond ( 16.10.21/ 17.00 Uhr +/-). Mangelhafte B Ware wird dort als A Ware angeboten. Ich hatte Interesse an einem Pullover, der bei genaueren Hinsehen mehr Mängel hatte als der Berliner Flughafen.
Auf Nachfrage warum das so ist, antworte der junge Filialleiter/Schichtleiter/Student agressiv, packte eine Schere aus und schnitt wild an dem Pullover herum. Anschließend meinte er jetzt wäre der Pullover mängelfrei. Da er den Pullover nun quasi zerstört hat, war ein Kauf bei Only nicht mehr zumutbar. Echt nicht nett, wie man dort mit Kunden umgeht. Ohne Worte!!! ???????
Absolutely cheeky and unfriendly store manager in the Only for men store in the Designer Outlet Roermond (10/16/21 / 5:00 p.m. +/-). Defective B goods are offered there as A goods. I was interested in a sweater that, on closer inspection, had more defects than the Berlin airport.
When asked why this is so, the young branch manager / shift manager / student answered aggressively, unpacked a pair of scissors and cut wildly at the sweater. Then he said the sweater was now free of defects. Since he has now virtually destroyed the sweater, buying it from Only was no longer reasonable. Really not nice how you deal with customers there. Without words!!! ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 01-10-2021 een bezoek gebracht met mijn blinde vrouw, door een zeer vriendelijke verkoopster geholpen(Anouk S) Niets was haar te veel . Heel veel modellen en lengte maten laten passen en een goed advies erbij. Top service erg klant vriendelijk. Komen de volgende keer zeker weer terug.
01-10-2021 visited with my blind wife, helped by a very friendly saleswoman (Anouk S) Nothing was too much for her. A lot of models and length sizes to fit and good advice. Top service very customer friendly. Will definitely come back next time.
