J	Joanna Ambroziak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to avoid! They are really expensive, don't inform on the prices upfront. A pre order check and a lesson (I decided to stop half way) with an unpleasant staff. All for " only" 100 EUR... and not even getting the trial set.
A	Alexandra Grabchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been waiting to have my lenses changed in the glasses for 3 weeks (they promised to have it done in one week) only to get a reply that they lost my glasses and no one knows where they are. Staff wasn't helpful at all and kept on telling that there is nothing they could do. It's absolutely unacceptable and I will never ever recommend them to anyone.

When trying to get a refund the next day (box un-opened with receipt), they refused. I will be complaining to the consumer watchdog. Also just discovered the exact same lenses on the internet cost a fraction of the price.
M	Martine D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. Not a usual thing for me to give this score, so let me elaborate a bit. Waiting time is short if you can come on a workday. That is grand. However, as an English speaking customer with an uncommon request, my experience here was rather upsetting. Beside some language barrier, I began to feel uncomfortable during the conversation I had. This is because I got the feel that the knowledge their employee posesses was used rather to silence my concerns and sell without much talk than to actually understand my problem. I'm not a professional optician but my nonsense alarm did sound. While I do not mean to challenge their knowledge and ability in this review, I certainly can say when I am not listened to. My complaint comes down to unpleasant staff at best. Maybe you'll have more luck than me.

The staff was so unfriendly and charge hidden fees which they did not mention when I asked before making the appointment. They tried to charge me for a single pair of trial lens which they offered. They were also very rude when I asked to clarify what these sudden costs were for and accused me wanting them for free, when in fact I said I would like to order a box.. confusing. Plenty of other places, that are friendlier and do not charge ‘hidden’ fees. The older guy who checked my prescription was seriously so rude.. again, confusing.
