Aj ten novodobý štýl veľmi neuteká od dávnych maľovaných domčekov. Je to super a ja môžem iba odporúčať. It has something in it that the Dutch picturesque houses. Contrast of colors and variety. Such a picturesque village as from a fairy tale. Even the modern style does not run away from the old painted houses. It's great and I can only recommend it.

Le abitazioni sono tipicamente olandesi, i vicoletti formano stretti labirinti ed è veramente uno spettacolo ammirare la vita cittadina. Sito a 20 km da Amsterdam, fino al 1957 era isolato, poi grazie alla diga fu collegato alla terraferma. In Marken you can breathe the atmosphere of the 17th century with perfectly maintained wooden houses built on small mountains of earth or stilts to prevent the water from destroying everything. The houses are typically Dutch, the alleys form narrow labyrinths and it is truly a sight to admire the city life. Located 20 km from Amsterdam, it was isolated until 1957, then thanks to the dam it was connected to the mainland.

COVID 19 oblige l’ensemble des bars et restaurants étaient malheureusement fermés mais cela donne envie de revenir en dehors de ce contexte. Les lieux sont charmants et préservés à environ 20 KM d’Amsterdam, mais cela vaut vraiment le détour et la visite ! Les maisons sont toutes plus charmantes les unes que les autres ; les restaurants sont concentrés sur le port. Vraiment charmant ! Amateurs de photographies authentiques des Pays-Bas ce lieu est fait pour vous ! This village is just amazing! 100% pedestrian for visitors; paid parking at the entrance (15 euros per day in November 2020). COVID 19 forces all bars and restaurants were unfortunately closed but it makes you want to come back outside of this context. The places are charming and unspoiled about 20 km from Amsterdam, but well worth the detour and the visit! The houses are all more charming than the others; restaurants are concentrated on the port. Really lovely! Lovers of authentic photographs from the Netherlands, this is the place for you!
