★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 700-year old house. Small but unique. The staff is very friendly and informative and they have a lot to tell about not just Edam but Holland as a whole. The cramped spaces are preserved very well and you can even enter the "floating basement".
A must-see for when you're visiting Edam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travelled here specifically to see the museuma and they were both shut. Google showed the museum as open until 16:30. This was a big disappointment as we only had one day left in the Netherlands. Luckily a beautiful town to look around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little museum on the first floor. They have an exhibition that changes over time. And they have a regular e position. Less is more here. You have all the time to have a good look at the art. Nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place with intresting local history. There are some really old thinhs. Paintings, maps, tradeware, religious artifacts and a lot of unique stories. Really worth visiting.
This building has a flooting basement you can enter.
