★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was vooraf heel sceptisch: kan dit echt mijn huid verbeteren? Maar het werkt echt! Mijn huid ziet er veel beter uit. Zelfs een litteken op mijn wang is bijna weg nu. En ontvang maandelijks een nieuw pakketje, gaat prima.
 I was very skeptical beforehand: can this really improve my skin? But it really works! My skin looks much better. Even a scar on my cheek is almost gone now. And receive a new package every month, is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opzeggen bij dit bedrijf is nogal moeizaam. Verder sturen ze facturen voor iets wat ze niet hebben geleverd en als je daar over belt kunnen ze niet goed onderbouwen waarvoor de factuur is. Vervolgens wel herinneringen blijven sturen. Al met al een slecht gevoel aan dit bedrijf overgehouden.
Canceling at this company is quite difficult. They also send invoices for something they have not delivered and if you call about that, they cannot substantiate what the invoice is for. Then keep sending reminders. All in all, a bad feeling about this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik gebruik dit beauty product nu ruim 15 maanden en ben zeer tevreden. Ik heb het verschillende vrienden aangeraden en ook zij zijn enthousiast. Na zes weken merkte ik al verschil in de huid op mijn gezicht en op mijn lijf. Tussentijdse vragen over het product of de verzending zijn altijd snel en netjes opgepakt. Ik raad iedereen aan om OSL te gebruiken en het zelf te ervaren!
I have been using this beauty product for over 15 months now and I am very satisfied. I have recommended it to several friends and they too are enthusiastic. After six weeks I already noticed a difference in the skin on my face and on my body. Interim questions about the product or shipment are always dealt with quickly and neatly. I recommend everyone to use OSL and experience it for yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas op, ik heb een eenmalige proefbestelling via facebook geplaatst voor mijn vriendin en heb nu zonder mijn toestemming een abonnement bij oslo skin lab. Iedere maand krijg ik een nieuw pakket opgestuurd. Na contact met de klantenservice ben ik het gaan gebruiken maar nu ik het ruim 3 maanden gebruik merk ik totaal geen resultaat. Ik zie ook alleen maar vrouwen die het gebruiken overigens. Vervolgens heb ik weer contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Dit verloopt zeer stroef en ik moet ik het langer blijven gebruiken voordat ik resultaat zie. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik dit niet wil en mijn abonnement wil beëindigen. Dit lijkt onmogelijk. Commercie is duidelijk de enige drijfveer achter dit bedrijf. Ik heb mijn rechtsbijstandverzekering ingeschakeld tegen deze firma. Ongelofelijk dat dit kan in Nederland en dat renate haar naam verbindt aan deze partij.
Beware, I placed a one-time trial order via facebook for my girlfriend and now have a subscription with oslo skin lab without my permission. I receive a new package every month. After contacting customer service I started using it, but now that I have been using it for more than 3 months, I notice no results at all. I also only see women who use it, by the way. Then I contacted customer service again. This is very stiff and I have to keep using it longer before I see results. I have indicated that I do not want this and that I want to cancel my subscription. This seems impossible. Commerce is clearly the only driving force behind this company. I have engaged my legal expenses insurance against this company. It is unbelievable that this is possible in the Netherlands and that renate links her name to this party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ product kwam in eerste instantie niet aan. ik kreeg wel aanmaningen maar geen reactie op mijn emails. deze heb ik niet betaald. na 3 maanden (!) kreeg ik een verregend pakket (ok hier kunnen ze niets aan doen) de zakjes waren nog in tact. Deze heb ik volledig volgens de voorschriften gebruikt. Ten eerste is het enorm smerig. het ruikt vies, het smaakt vies. verder heeft het 0.0% zichtbaar effect gehad. de rekening heb uiteindelijk met een flinke toeslag onder druk van incasso betaald. nooit meer dit bedrijf. ik ben er klaar mee.
product did not arrive at first. I got reminders but no response to my emails. I have not paid this. after 3 months (!) I got a rained-out package (okay they can't do anything about this) the bags were still intact. I have used this completely according to the instructions. First of all, it's very filthy. it smells bad, it tastes bad. furthermore it has had a 0.0% visible effect. I eventually paid the bill with a hefty surcharge under the pressure of collection. never this company again. I am done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zojuist telefonisch contact gehad met Oslo skin over een openstaande factuur en de herinneringen die daarna in rap tempo volgen met steeds een verhoging van 5 euro. Ik werd uiterst vriendelijk en vooral adequaat geholpen. Ze hebben hun betalingssystemen goed op orde. Deze dame
bevestigde binnen 30 sec dat ik betaald had en dat het was afgedaan. Kortom zeer tevreden! p.s. volgens mijn vriendinnen zag mijn huid er gaver uit tijdens het gebruik van Oslo Skin.

Confirmed within 30 sec that I had paid and that it was settled. In short, very satisfied! p.s. according to my friends my skin looked smoother while using Oslo Skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered collagen and paid the invoice on time. I had to urge a second delivery because the company didn't send me anything. When I wrote to customer service, they told me that I had not paid the invoice. I also sent a print receipt from the bank. The answer was — we don't have money from you. I sent all the confirmations. Customer service did not respond at all, did not solve anything, no effort. And today I received a fine with a reminder of non-payment !!! It's terrible and humiliating. You do not communicate and then you bully the person. I am dissatisfied and the collagen is not worth this embarrassment.
