We kregen de indruk dat ze ons in de mond praatte maar uiteindelijk hebben ze zich teruggetrokken omdat ze niet aan onze wensen konden voldoen.De concurrent lukt t wel echter tegen een meerprijs. Maar vertrouwen hebben in, mag natuurlijk ook wat kosten.

β β β β β Jasper is voor de tweede keer een veranda bij ons komen plaatsen. De kwaliteit van de verandaβs is heel goed. Hij doet er alles aan om je als klant tevreden te houden. Wij wilden bij onze tweede veranda na een jaar schuifdeuren plaatsen. Hij heeft geregeld dat dit heel snel geregeld werd. Als er een lampje stuk is, dan komt hij dit kosteloos maken. Je weet ook precies vooraf wat de precieze kosten zijn en je komt niet voor verrassingen te staan.Er wordt hier gewerkt aan verbetering en perfectie en dat is duidelijk te merken. Ik ben erg tevreden.
Jasper has come to install a veranda with us for the second time. The quality of the verandas is very good. He does everything he can to keep you satisfied as a customer. We wanted to install sliding doors on our second veranda after a year. He arranged for this to be arranged very quickly. If a light is broken, he will come and fix it free of charge. You also know exactly in advance what the exact costs are and you will not be faced with surprises. We are working on improvement and perfection and that is clearly noticeable. I am very satisfied.

β β β β β Aanvankelijk werken ze heel mooi, maar komen nooit terugbel afspraken na.
Een tweede opdracht gegeven. Die hebben ze met gebruikt materiaal gemaakt en het volle pont betaald.
Nog steeds niet goed afgewerkt.
Foto's gestuurd met de vraag wanneer het wordt afgemaakt, geen reactie.
Kortom met Jasper, de meewerkend directeur, kan je geen afspraken maken en als dat wel lukt komt hij ze niet na. Dit bedrijf is dus absoluut geen aanrader.

β β β β β Deze week een carport met polycarbonaatplaten en een afdak van glas laten plaatsen in de tuin door Outdoor Pleasure. Bij het inmeten goed advies gehad over indelingen en materialen. De installatie kon redelijk snel na bestelling van de materialen. Installatie verliep vlot en netjes. Vanwege het natte weer kwam de afwerking met het afkitten de week erna. Zeer tevreden over het werk dat de heren geleverd hebben!

β β β β β Ze komen en ze gaan, alleen het werk is ver benen alle peil. En via de mail nog nia de telefoon word ik geholpen. De juiste man is er niet op het moment word er dan gezegd. En dit al meer dan 4 weken, word gewoon aan het lijntje gehouden ! In 1 woord : SLECHT EN WAARDELOOS BEDRIJF
They come and they go, only the work is far below par. And I am helped by e-mail as well as by phone. The right man is not there at the moment, they say. And this for more than 4 weeks, just being kept on a leash! In one word: BAD AND WORTHLESS COMPANY
