★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theo was op maandag niet in de gelegenheid om langs te komen voor ons kapotte zonnewering. In het telefoongesprek gaf hij aan van de zon te willen genieten, echter hing ons zonnescherm er raar bij en konden we z'n hulp gebruiken. Ging niet door!
Geen afspraak gemaakt, maar een ander bedrijf gebeld die direct langs kwam en hulp bood. Top!
Theo stond dinsdag aan de deur zonder iets te laten horen, volgende keer is het misschien fijn om voor je komst eerst te bellen.
Na het bezoek wat uit liep op niks komt er nog een e-mail achteraan met een geïrriteerde en vreemde toon jegens ons.
Wij, jouw potentiële klant had je nodig.. maar dit kwam niet uit vanwege.. de zon. Uiteraard is dit je goed recht en geef ik je geen ongelijk. Maar wij kiezen daarom voor een ander.
 Theo was not able to come by on Monday for our broken sun blinds. In the telephone conversation he indicated that he wanted to enjoy the sun, but our awning was weird and we could use his help. Did not go through!
No appointment made, but called another company who immediately came by and offered help. Top!
Theo was at the door on Tuesday without speaking, next time it might be nice to call before you arrive.
After the visit that ended in nothing, another e-mail comes up with an annoyed and strange tone towards us.
We, your potential customer, needed you ... but this didn't work out because ... the sun. Of course this is your right and I don't blame you. But we therefore choose another.
