Toplui, als je een x een monteur nodig hebt: deze moet je hebben! Ik heb probleem gehad met afwasmachine en ik heb naar toe gebeld over de reparatie. Een "monter"kwam , hij heeft de deksel van de wasmachine geopend en ik moet horen dat de "ring" is kapot en hij wil andere ring platsen. Naar mijn vraag waar is de "kapotte "ring"hij heeft gezegd dat de "ring "bestaat niet meer-hij is gesmolten. Ik moet euro 80 betalen voor deze reparatie. Ik heb TWEE keer de wasmachine gebruikt-naar de derde keer kreeg ik het zelfde probleem-de wasmachine is opnieuw kapot gebleven. Ik ben verschillende keer aan deze winkel geweest en ik moet altijg horen, dat monteur oof in het vakantie of niet aanwezig zijn. Vorige week moet ik horen dat "monteur "kwam bi9j mij langs op vrijdag 7 november -hij is nooit gewest, daarna word ik gebeld door deze winkel en moet ik horen dat "monteur kwam bij mij langs op saterdag 7 november-is nooit geweest, daarna opmzaterdag laat word ik gebeld en moet ik horen dat monter moet komen langs op 8 november 2020-de monteur is Nooit gewest. Deze mensen verkopen de leugens, beroven jouw geld -deze winkel is zeer gevaarlijk Ik ben van plan klacht indienen aan de consumentenbond -de werkwijze van deze "winkel" is zeer gevaarlijk en moet worden gestopt Never need to have this "shop repair" fix something - I have very bad experience with these people. I thanked him and went on my way, satisfied that the repairperson would be coming. Alas, the repair person didn't come. I called with no response, and went to the shop the next day. "Oh, he was sick." The shop owner said. I said "Fine, totally understand," and asked to schedule another time and date. The repair person didn't come. I called with no response and went to the shop the next day. "Oh, the football match was on last night." We did this a third time and still the repairperson didn't come. It was like this for a whole week. If he would have just been honest with me and not make excuses for this mysterious, no-show repairperson, I would've been fine. Just don't tell me multiple times he will come and then nothing. Terrible experience.

When I asked the shop owner if it could be repaired I just got offered another expensive washing machine for a similar price (with a minimal discount). Finally, I got a new washing machine at MediaMarkt for 300 euros and with 2 years of warranty, which is what I should have done since the beginning.

Later I asked them to come and fix it for free ! They said YES WE WILL COME, GIVE US YOUR PHONE NUMBER. They promised to help a few times but they never answered any messages. SIMPLY RUBBISH! AVOID !
