This place is beautiful. I love windmill but unfortunately the weather was bad. Hopefully i could go here again. I went here with my big sister family so i am sorry i dont know how to get here via public transport. I went here in last Januari 2019. Everything was perfect. This picture of my big sister family. In this area also provide Public Toilet, and some Souvenir Shop. It cost 10 euro for parking ticket

De Kat - The only working paint and dye mill in the whole entire world. It is amazing. You can see the paint and dye being made and explore the levels of the windmill and see the moving machinery. When me and my family came, we bought a combo ticket for the windmill. It is about €5 admission for adults and €2 admission for under 17 s. Photos can be taken. The paint and dye produced can be bought from the shop as well as other items. There is a balcony where there are amazing views. I am amazed and satisfied with this visit and recommend going. It is also free with the iamsterdam card

absolutely beautiful! look for the small dock for great picture opportunities. Also, get there early before the tourist crowds arrive. There's no price to pay for walking around the town.

Interesting windmill museum showing how the windmill was used to produce paint and grind minerals for the area. It is also the only windmill that allows you on the upper outside ledge. Brief video and small museum inside. Gift shop. Fair prices for the area. Friendly staff. Great view of the area from up top.

Long live windmills! Being the most iconic location in Netherlands, this is the place that you can hardly see locals, but tourists like me. But with such well-preserved windmills all over this place, your trip to Netherlands isn’t complete without a visit to this windmill village.
