★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wünschte es wäre möglich, Minus Punkte zu geben, da es hier ehrlich angebracht ist. Wer hier etwas umtauschen will wird bitter enttäuscht. Das Personal war generell unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit aber die Krönung war die Store Leitung J. , eine absolute Katastrophe. Unfreundlich, nicht kooperationsbereit oder in irgendeinem Sinne hilfreich. Als wir dann nach dem vollen Namen fragten, um Beschwerde einreichen zu können, verweigerte sie dieses und meinte schlicht, man wüsste schon wer wenn man Forum Duisburg sagt.

 I wish it was possible to give minus points as it is honestly appropriate here. Anyone who wants to exchange something here will be bitterly disappointed. The staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful, but the crowning glory was the store management J., an absolute disaster. Unfriendly, uncooperative or helpful in any sense. When we then asked for the full name in order to be able to lodge a complaint, she refused and simply said that you would know who if you said Forum Duisburg.
