★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my last orders are a disaster, it's at least 1:00 to be delivered i was giving a second chance all the time but the order I'm waiting for now will be the last one FOR SURE !! if you can't make it in 30min please update it in the website, I have an appointement now and I will go without my diner ... + no one is answering the phone for an update ...
Update I ordered at 18:20 it is 22:44 and I still didnt receive anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE UNTIL LAST YEAR. Since the last 2 months it is really pure disaster. 30 minutes delivery time is now always around 1hour and a half. Really pathetic. A big yes in the past a big NOOOOOO from now on. I had 4 stars actually in my previous review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been waiting for over 2 hours for my pizza. I’ve called 5 times and they do not even bother to answer the phone. Horrible, I completely forgot how bad papa johns’ is. But now I remember, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered at 22:00 for delivery, and it's been 2 hours, I have not received it and it probably was forgotten. They accepted the order and the website says deliveries are before 22:45. This is terrible service. Used to be such a good treat, now you cannot rely on them to get your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered and paid for two pizzas yesterday (Nov 1 at 19.00) for a 30 minute delivery. After 1 hour, still nothing! Tried to call but the phone seemed to be off the hook. After two hours we received an email asking how we enjoyed our pizzas (which we did not receive). A day later and still no word from Papa John’s Biltstraat. Tried calling today and still the phone won’t ring. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, and never had a problem! But lately in my previous two visits this place has gone to the dogs!

Although on the papajones Website and Google both mention it open. EDIT - The store called back and explained that the issue was with the main Website did not update the timing. We got a refund for the inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We put in an order on a Friday through the website, which went through and charged our account. After waiting for 1.5 hours we did not receive anything. We called the store multiple times and nobody picked up.
Reading other reviews shows that this has been an ongoing issue, which is unacceptable.
We're going to ask for a refund, and we highly recommend you do not order online from this location.
