★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijke vrouw gehad aan de balie. Mij werd toegebitst dat ik even m’n mond moest houden toen ik vriendelijk vroeg wat er aan de hand was. Dit omdat jullie de juiste koperspiraal niet konden leveren. Kennis is dus ook gering. Heb bij een andere apotheek om de hoek direct de juiste opgehaald dus aan de groothandel lag het niet. Zojuist een klant verloren!
Very unfriendly woman at the counter. I was allowed to keep my mouth shut when I kindly asked what was going on. This is because you could not supply the correct copper coil. So knowledge is also low. I immediately picked up the right one at another pharmacy around the corner, so it was not the wholesaler. Just lost a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aan de dame achter de balie (ik denk van Hindoestaanse afkomst); een stukje vriendelijkheid en professionele houding is bij u ver te zoeken.
Probeert u zich te verplaatsen in de klant, probeer mee te denken.
Afsnauwen en iemand onvriendelijke behandelen is volgens mij niet de gepaste houding die past bij een apotheek medewerkster. Laten we lief zijn voor elkaar!
To the lady behind the counter (I think of Hindu descent); a bit of friendliness and professional attitude is hard to find with you.
If you try to put yourself in the shoes of the customer, try to think along.
Snarling and treating someone unkindly is, in my opinion, not the appropriate attitude for a pharmacy employee. Let's be kind to each other!
