★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is always a problem with this place and not enough staff so you wait for ages. This time it was in stock, then it wasn't then it was and still have nothing.....last time was wrong quantities, surprise they are allowed to give out drugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It can be a total chaos at this pharmacy leading to dangerous mistakes as I personally experienced.
When a doctor of the OLVG hospital prescribed me heart medicines this pharmacy send me home with an anti depressant!
Furthermore, they'll rip you off for 6 euro by giving you senseless instructions that you can read yourself in the documentation. So inform your lawyer when you have to deal with this lot!
If you are looking for a save place to get your prescription drugs, go to the pharmacy of the OLVG hospital the only other pharmacy in the neighborhood belongs to the same owner and is an equal mess..
Furthermore, when medications are out of stock, you don't get a warning. When the medications finally came in they delivered only a part of the prescription.
Over the counter medical supplies are significantly more expensive than shops like Etos - down the road, "Kruidvat" and others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite unprofessional. i have been ordering my insulin there for diabetes and there is always a problem: they ordered the wrong insulin, forgot to order it; once i called to ask if they received they said they had it, i went there they didn't and told me to come back the next day, so I called and they still didn't have it because something unclear "broke down"., they keep asking me to reregister in their system and i keep re-giving my informations .......... one or two of the employees are nice and apologetic about it but others are aggressive telling me that it's not their fault there is nothing to do and I can just go to another pharmacy.... and the waiting is generally very long indeed (although i did get lucky a few times in the middle of the day and could go fast). They do speak in English though if you need and it's a notable effort for a neighbourhood pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Not sure why ratings are so bad. Took less than 10 min to be seen, the time it too was commensurate to the number of people waiting and their needs. My lady was very kind to me and explained my pill information in English. I was in and out with a little bit of waiting but the waiting was as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is indeed very poor at this pharmacy. I use this pharmacy for years as it is close to my house but there are always issues. Always long waiting time. Laisure service and no focus on customers. Tried to set up automatic renewal recept service 3 times, signing forms and everything. Lost/not processed every time. Recepts from doctor faxed but missing. Medicines so often not in stock. Replacements all the time. Last month received my pills with wrong dosage. I only stay with them because of location convenience but quality of service is really really bad.

You will get advice if you need it and they will help you quickly and are as civil and friendly as I need.
