Im Treppenhaus liegen Gegenstände und Kabel herum. Die Parkgebühren sind für dieses Parkhaus sehr hoch. Parken kostet je 20 Minuten 0,50 Euro. Die Ausfahrt ist 24 Stunden möglich. Die Einfahrt ist nur bis 21 Uhr möglich. Sonn- und Feiertags sowie nachts ist das Parken kostenlos. Der Kassenautomat befindet sich neben dem Eingang des Parkhauses und man kann nur mit Bargeld und mit GeldKarte bezahlen. Eine klassische Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich. Die Parkebenen werden nicht videoüberwacht und eine Parkhausaufsicht gibt es auch nicht. Offiziell darf man als Kurzparker nicht in den oberen Parkebenen parken. Fahrt lieber nach Krefeld, Duisburg oder Oberhausen.Die Innenstadt ist eh fertig und keinen Besuch mehr wert, hat der jetzige Bürgermeister und sein Stab schön abgewirtschaftet. Für kein Geld der Welt werde ich es nutzen. Lieber lasse ich mich von einem entgegen kommenden Auto anfahren. Eine einzige Zumutung! So when I saw the stairwell, I felt sick. An unbearable smell of urine hit me when I opened the door. I will not use it for any money in the world. I prefer to be hit by an oncoming car. One unreasonable imposition!
