T	Thomas Terlinden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Parkhaus hat mittlerweile Preise die jenseits von gut und Böse sind. Wir haben den tollen Theatertarif gehabt und somit 4€ bezahlt für 40min. Ansonsten bezahlt man pro Stunde 2€ die es auch nicht wert sind, da es dort dermaßen in den Treppenaufgängen nach Urin stinkt und man Automaten suchen muss. Außerdem sehen die Aufgänge auch total versifft aus man könnte ruhig mal investieren. Ich dachte Duisburg will die Innenstadt attraktiver machen aber das Parkhaus macht definitiv das Gegenteit daher werde ich dieses Parkhaus in Zukunft definitiv meiden. The car park now has prices that are beyond good and evil. We had the great Theatertarif and thus paid 4 € for 40 minutes. Otherwise you pay per hour 2 € which are not worth it, since it so stinks in the staircases to urine and you have to look for machines. In addition, the Rises also look totally dirty from one could easily invest. I thought Duisburg wants to make the city center more attractive, but the parking garage definitely does the opposite, so I'll definitely avoid this car park in the future.
H	Halid Mahalbasic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zentral gelegen. Vor rund 10 Jahren wurde das Parkhaus modernisiert und alle Bereiche sind sehr hell erleuchtet. Das Motivthema ist die Nordsee und deshalb hört man in der gesamten Tiefgarage angenehme Töne aus einen der zahlreichen Lautsprechern. Die Tiefgarage König-Heinrich-Platz ist mit der Tiefgarage Königstraße verbunden. Eine Kartenzahlung ist mit allen gängigen Debit- und Kreditkarten möglich. An jedem Ausgang steht ein Automat. Ein ticketloses Parken ist leider nicht möglich. Die Ebene -1 ist nur über Treppen zu erreichen. Auf- und Abfahrtsrampen sind für Fußgänger gesperrt. Ein barrierefreier Zugang ist nur von der Ebene -2 über die Tiefgarage Königstraße möglich. Von der U-Bahnstation gibt es einen direkten Zugang zur Tiefgarage (Treppe und Fahrtreppe). In den Treppenbereichen stehen öfters Junkies und das ist nicht einladend. Trotz Videoüberwachung wird in den Treppenhäuser auch gepinkelt und es sinkt sehr stark. Very centrally located. The theme is the North Sea and that's why you can hear pleasant tones from one of the numerous loudspeakers throughout the underground car park. The König-Heinrich-Platz underground car park is connected to the Königstrasse underground car park. Payment by card is possible with all major debit and credit cards. There is a machine at each exit. Ticketless parking is unfortunately not possible. Level -1 can only be reached by stairs. Access and exit ramps are closed to pedestrians. Barrier-free access is only possible from level -2 via the Königstraße underground car park. From the underground station there is direct access to the underground car park (stairs and escalator). Junkies are often found in the stairwell areas and that is not inviting. Despite video surveillance, people pee in the stairwells and it sinks very much.

So zockt die Stadt Duisburg die Gäste ab. Stairways are dirty, smeared and full of urine. 2 euros an hour is a rip off. Allegedly from December 8th. Free parking in 2020, nothing is written anywhere. This is how the city of Duisburg rips off the guests.

W	Wolfgang Hermsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kassenautomat defekt, kein Ansprechpartner sichtbar, Türe in untere Etage verschlossen. Also über die (abgesperrte) Fahrbahn nach unten. Hinter dem Kassenautomat sitzt eine Aufsichtsperson - tief schlafend. Auch auf laute Ansprache hin nicht aufgewacht. Zumindest war hier das bezahlen mit Scheinen möglich, Hartgeld wurde nicht registriert, aber nach Zahlvorgang mit dem Rückgeld des Scheins zurückgezahlt. Bei der Ausfahrt sehen wir dann tatsächlich im hinteren Bereich auch auf unserer Etage zwei Aufsichten gemütlich sitzen. Toller Service, Duisburg kann mir in Zukunft gestohlen bleiben. Pay machine defective, no contact person visible, door to the lower floor locked. So over the (closed) roadway down. A supervisor sits behind the pay machine - soundly asleep. Didn't wake up even after speaking loudly. At least it was possible to pay with bills here, hard money was not registered, but was repaid after the payment process with the change on the bill. When we exit, we actually see two supervisors sitting comfortably in the back area on our floor. Great service, Duisburg can stay stolen from me in the future.
P	Petra S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 euro voor 24 uur is redelijk. Betaalautomaat is defect, maar staat duidelijk dat je 1 etage naar beneden moet. Deze deur is dicht, maar gaat open dmv jouw parkeerkaartje. Hier is een hele moderne betaalautomaat, netjes. Trappenhuis is wel vies, stinkt naar urine. Maar de ligging maakt alles goed. Dicht bij het Wyndham hotel (1 minuut lopen) en onder de kerstmarkt. 12 euros for 24 hours is reasonable. Payment terminal is defective, but it clearly states that you have to go down 1 floor. This door is closed, but opens with your parking ticket. Here is a very modern payment terminal, neat. Stairwell is dirty, stinks of urine. But the location makes up for everything. Close to the Wyndham hotel (1 minute walk) and below the Christmas market.

The ticket machines are mostly out of order. Long lines. The special rate for concerthall didnt work, causing long line of complaining customers. To be avoided. Alternative: forum parking. Exit is close to the same square. It is clean, spacious and accessible.
