β β β β β Awful. Terrible. Stay away. They botched all of my utility applications:
1. Mobile: I signed up with KPN for a 23.5 EUR/month contract, but KPN now charges me 28.5 EUR/month.
2. Electricity & Gas: I signed up with Vattenfall, then Vattenfall cancels my application for no reason. PartnerPete has not followed up on this matter.
Not to mention that I have also signed up for ContractCoach (5 EUR/month) with PartnerPete. Their response to all above botched applications: "we are unable to help you, contact the suppliers directly".
Final verdict on PartnerPete: AWFUL. STAY AWAY.

β β β β β In the first e-mail from this company, they reassured me that since the communication with the gas/energy supplier was all in dutch, I could reach out to them for help.
Fast forward for today, when I needed said help, and that's their actual answer:
"Dear Isabelle,
Unfortunately we don't have the contracts in English. But translation through google translate can help clarify any questions.
Met vriendelijke groet / Best regards,"
I've been with them for 2 days and I'm already very disappointed, I'm seriously considering just cancelling all contracts with the suppliers chosen by them while I still have time.

β β β β β Really useful. I totally recommen it. Wit a call of about 25 minutes, all my questions were answered. On the same phone call they offered me energy and Internet deals. I did not have to spend time looking for offers with every provider.

β β β β β I believe this is a great service for expats. You can expect that they have great deals with the energy suppliers. It is shameful to take advantage of the illegitimacy of an epat. The rates are so extremely high. You will save a lot of money by pricewise. It saves 100 euros per month. Is this a scam or or make extreme money.

β β β β β Indifferent, unprofessional, clumsy, clueless, unreachable, useless.
Don't read an email without being forced to. Can't do anything but read ready texts via phone call. Arrange phone calls to troubleshoot problem and can only say they "will call back". And they don't.
One month and still didn't get our utilities straight. We don't have an idea what and how is to be paid. A bunch of monkeys in diapers would do better. Absolutely disgraceful
