★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belachelijk hoge verzendkosten en dan ook nog eens zelf de retouren betalen, dat kan niet meer in deze tijden van online winkelen, ik bestel er niet meer.
Ridiculously high shipping costs and then also pay the returns myself, that is no longer possible in these times of online shopping, I no longer order.

In eerste instantie was ik altijd tevreden en heb ik als ik wat nodig heb, altijd eerst bij parts aan de burgemeester de Vlugtlaan te Amsterdam gekeken. Dit omdat ik ze altijd mn centjes gunde. Ze denken mee, zakelijk maar vriendelijk genoeg voor mij om ze te waarderen. Nu bracht ik een pakketje terug en zag een oudere man met bril al een blik werpen naar mij, een blik die mij niet zinde en herken van de uitsmijter van een club die er niet in liet vroeger. Laat ik het hier maar op houden. Ik groet netjes en spreek altijd netjes en open, maar deze meneer was nors en gaf mij niet uit zichzelf aan dat ik bij hun ook een verzendbon kon uit laten printen. Ik moest maar thuis of in een internetcafe de bon uit mijn e-mail uitprinten en terug komen. Toen ik vroeg of het hier ook kon vroeg hij een euro. Een jaar of twee geleden was ik hier ook en deed een collega het gratis. Een euro om enkel een bon uit te printen! Laatste keer dat ik ooit nog binnenloop bij parts. Tot ziens , een vaste klant.

In the first instance I was always satisfied and if I needed something, I always first looked at parts at the mayor de Vlugtlaan in Amsterdam. This is because I always gave them my money. They think along, businesslike but friendly enough for me to appreciate them. Now I returned a package and saw an older man with glasses already glance at me, a look I didn't like and recognize the bouncer of a club that didn't let in before. Let me just stop here. I greet nicely and always speak neatly and openly, but this gentleman was surly and did not indicate to me that I could also have a shipping receipt printed from them. All I had to do was print out the receipt from my email at home or in an internet cafe and come back. When I asked if it was also possible here, he asked a euro. A year or two ago I was here too and a colleague did it for free. One euro to just print a receipt! Last time I ever walk into parts. Goodbye, a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place. I came in this afternoon hoping to get a key copied... only thing was, it was broken into two pieces and twisted at the point of breakage. I really did not expect them to be able to help. I was greeted by one of the employees, very polite, and a couple minutes later I had a working copy (just tried it, works) of this busted key in my hand. Saved me a lot of trouble. Thanks! I'll certainly be back.

They advise on anything, they take thetime even when you are yourself a newbie in klussen ^^ they all the essential tools and materials and for a fair price.
