★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was awful, I ordered online and they could not even find the order after receiving 2 from them to pick up, after they found it, it wasn't even al the articles I bought, so I need to go for the 3rd time, and I couldn't even replace a wrong size piece. I completely don't recommend to buy from them, specially with the 20 euros minimum order online, to provide this awful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear all customers. Beaware of the staff called Ester at this store. If you pay by cash and when you have to take the remaining cash change back this staff will keep you busy in conversation and will never give you your change back. This has happened twice with me and it was the same short heighted lady called Ester. Ester has done it twice and never given my change back. I asked one their colleague that who is Ester then I came to know that she is Manager there. Such a shame that a Manager doing the scam in the store. I will never visit this store again. Ester is a thief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic “compact” Gamma in the shadows of Oud-west Amsterdam. It’s a 5 min cycle ride from Jordaan and oud-west. It’s kind of funny to call this a compact store because it’s huge for Amsterdam!
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
I bought a cool new rear light for my bike and a hard brush for my terrace. Try cycling home with a big push broom!
The cashier was smart and knew I needed my bungie cord package opened so she grabbed a pair of cutters and helped me.
It was nice and quiet on a Saturday afternoon too.
