β β β β β The sales lady has scanned by mistake an other article which was more expensive. After paying I have checked the articles I have bought and have recognised the mistake. I went back to the shop 5 minutes later, and they have explained to me they cannot pay back the amount I have payed more, they just offered a voucher! Sorry, but they make a mistake and I need to βsufferβ as a customer?! This is for me an example of very inflexible and not customer satisfaction oriented way of dealing with customers. I definitely cannot recommend this shop!
