Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen bei aller Liebe nicht nachvollziehen. Die Herren vor Ort sind auch bei vollem Laden immer freundlich und nehmen sich Zeit. Es wird immer ganz offen über die Preise gesprochen und sich zuverlässig auch telefonisch gemeldet um Rückfragen oder Abholung zu klären. Ich würde jederzeit wieder meine PC und/oder Laptop den PC-Spezialisten anvertrauen.
So far I have only had very good experiences.
I can't understand the bad reviews with all my love. The gentlemen on site are always friendly and take their time, even when the shop is full. We always talk openly about the prices and contact us reliably by phone to clarify any queries or collection. I would entrust my PC and / or laptop to the PC specialists again at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drecksladen erst halten die sich an keine Terminvorgaben und Überziehen um das 3 fache und haben dann noch nicht mal den Fehler gefunden , wenn man das anmahnt und ihnen sagt das ausgemacht war war das bis zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt der Fehler gefunden sein soll ist nach der 3 fachen zeit nichts dann hol ich ihn ab und die leugnen alles und was finde ich am Abend auf der Platte 2 spiele die ich gar nicht mehr speile was ist den das bitte nie wieder schade das man keine minus Sterne geben kann

Habe einen fehlerhaften PC eingereicht wo mir dann am ende gesagt wird das die AMD CPU kaputt, oder ein teil davon, ist.
Habe jetzt ein neues Motherboard mit Intel CPU gekauft trotzdem lief das System mit dem gleichen Fehler. Nochmal 40 Euro für eine Fehldiagnose auszugeben sehe ich nicht ein.
Würde am besten 0 Sterne geben
Wrong diagnosis ...
I submitted a faulty PC where at the end I was told that the AMD CPU or part of it is broken.
I have now bought a new motherboard with an Intel CPU but the system ran with the same error. I don't see spending another 40 euros for a misdiagnosis.
Would best give 0 stars

Competent and very friendly staff. Have already had several things repaired. The cost of the things being repaired are pretty inexpensive. I can only recommend this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weil ich mich nur umgeschaut habe wurde mir unterstellt das ich ein Dieb bin. Man kann sich in den Laden nicht mal Produkte anschauen und Unfreundliches Personal kommt dazu. Habe mein Kundenkonto löschen lassen und habe den Personal ein Schönen tag gewünscht worauf hin als Antwort kam "Ihnen nicht "! Ich würde jeden davon abraten diesen Laden aufzusuchen!
Because I was just looking around, I was accused of being a thief. You can't even look at the products in the store and the staff is unfriendly. I had my customer account deleted and wished the staff a nice day, the answer was "not to you"! I would advise anyone not to visit this store!
