Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super das die pack Station DHL den weg nach Ayka gefunden hat der Ablauf ist komplikationslos, immer wieder würde ich meine Pakete zur packstation schicken um sie dort abzuholen Wenn ich fragen und Anliegen habe werden die schnell aus der Welt geschaffen. Ayka ist einfach familiär und man fühlt sich dort immer wieder gut aufgehoben !! Weiter so!
Top advice, top service !! Very friendly staff, great that the DHL pack station found the way to Ayka the process is uncomplicated, I would always send my parcels to the pack station to pick them up there. Ayka is just family and you always feel in good hands there !! Keep it up!

Wie man gesehn hat, hat der Chef sich direkt bei mir gemeldet und ich habe das Angebot wahrgenommen und mit ihm telefoniert. Es war ein sehr nettes und gutes Gespräch. Es wird nun das richtige Kabel bestellt und das finanzielle wir auch geregelt. Das gibt 5☆+ .

Habe da ein Verlängerungskabel für das Festnetz meiner Mutter gekauft. Habe das Originalkabel mitgenommen und man hat mir dann ein längeres Kabel aus einer grossen Kiste verkauft,was nur mit einem Gummi fest gemacht war. Als ich jetzt alles anschließen wollte passte es nicht da der Anschluss doch nicht passte. Bin dann mit dem Telefon und Kabel zurück und habe den Fall dargestellt. Man hat noch geschaut ob ein passendes Kabel da ist, war aber leider nicht. Man sagte dann, man könnte ja den Plastikpin abbrechen was absolut nicht geht. Man meinte noch, was wäre denn mit einem neuen Telefon,worauf ich sagte das ist neu und extra für Leute mit Sehbehinderung. Man hat dann auch mit dem Chef telefoniert,doch leder kein Kabel mehr da. Dann kam die Aussage ich würde mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen da ich es ausgepackt habe. Woraus habe ich gefragt,aus dem Gummiband? Leider ist es dabei geblieben das ich mein Geld nicht wieder bekommen habe. Die Beratug war Vorsicht gesagt mehr als schlecht so auch der Service. Bin sehr enttäuscht und sehr sauer gefahren.

As you can see, the boss contacted me directly and I took up the offer and called him. It was a very nice and good conversation. The right cable is now ordered and the financial matters are also taken care of. That gives 5☆+ .

I bought an extension cord for my mother's landline. I took the original cable with me and they sold me a longer cable from a big box, which was only fixed with a rubber band. When I wanted to connect everything, it didn't fit because the connection didn't fit. I then returned with the phone and cable and presented the case. They checked to see if there was a suitable cable, but unfortunately it wasn't. They then said that you could break off the plastic pin, which is absolutely not possible. They said, what about a new phone, to which I said that's new and specially for people with visual impairments. You then also phoned the boss, but there was no longer a cable. Then came the statement I would not get my money back because I unpacked it. From what did I ask,from the rubber band? Unfortunately, I didn't get my money back. The advice was, to be careful, more than bad, as was the service. I drove very disappointed and very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde den Laden sehr freundlich mit eine sehr gute Beratung.Ein junger Mann hat mich dabei sogar geholfen meine schwehre Tasche nach Hause mitzunehmen. Außerdem hat mein Enkel sich sein Handy reparieren lassen,am nächsten Tag war er so zufrieden da sein Handy wie nagelneu war.
I find the shop very friendly with very good advice. A young man even helped me take my heavy bag home with me. Also, my grandson had his cell phone repaired, the next day he was so happy because his cell phone was brand new.
