Mir wurde bei ein Problem geholfen, schnell und unkompliziert, obwohl in Fachgeschäft mir gesagt wurde es könnte wahrscheinlich nichts zu machen wäre und teuer.Die Jungens sind wirklich Klasse und kompetent,sehr nett und hilfsbereit. J	J S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bin ich enttäuscht. Meine erste Beratung war gut, Dienstag am Telefon wurde mir dann zugesagt, dass die Teile samstags da sind und mein handy nach 1std fertig ist. Samstags war aber leider keiner da erstmal, um 10.15 wurde mir telefonisch gesagt, der Kollege komme in 2min, leider war er aber erst um 10:50uhr da! Keine Teile da und plötzlich dauert es 2 Std. Nach 1std 45min war ich kurz dort,(um zu klären, ob es dabei bleibt, da ich nicht aus viersen komme) keine Teile da! habe dann 2 Std später mein handy abgeholt. Die erste Beratung hingegen verlief super freundlich und ich wurde gut beraten, das lief einwandfrei. Ich hätte mir nur ein sorry gewünscht. Unfortunately I am disappointed. My first consultation was good, on Tuesday I was told on the phone that the parts would be there on Saturdays and that my cell phone would be ready after 1pm. Unfortunately no one was there on Saturday, at 10.15 I was told by phone that my colleague would be coming in 2 minutes, but unfortunately he was only there at 10:50! No parts there and suddenly it takes 2 hours. After 1 hour 45 minutes I was there for a short time (to clarify whether it stays that way, since I don't come from Viersen) no parts there! then picked up my cell phone 2 hours later. The first consultation, on the other hand, was super friendly and I was well advised, it went flawlessly. I would have just wished for a sorry.

Habe bei einigen Reparaturstellen angerufen,jedoch war mir die Wartezeit von bis zu 3 Tagen zu lange. Aber hier haben mir die Jungs sofort weitergeholfen und mein Handy innerhalb von einem Tag repariert. Zudem sind sie super freundlich und lustig dazu. Top ! Top Service und ein guter Preis! Der Inhaber war sehr nett und kompetent. Immer wieder gerne und sehr zu empfehlen. I bought a used iPhone there, and a new battery was also used.
