β β β β β I went into the shop looking for new glasses, but the workers at the shop didn't show any intention of assisting me with the process of choosing new glasses, and I had to pull answers out of them. I didn't have the impression that I was helped, so I walked out of the shop.

β β β β β Their webpage mentions that Pearl offers glass repair service, even free and you do not need to be a customer for it. When I took my glasses to this shop for a simple soldering, they did not even have a proper look at it, they asked me if I bought it from them and then refused to help. Such a confused business and scum.
