D	Dejan Petkovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Young lady and optician helped us a lot today, were super friendly and pleasant. We are very happy, even though it was pretty busy in the shop. They know what they are talking about and they both advised us well. Shop also has a decent choice of frames! Yes, it takes them 2 weeks to make glasses if you ask for extra layers, but these things are typical for the Netherlands, I just hope that final result is also aligned with 5* :))

They made a typo in the measurements and I had completely incorrect glasses, which they told me 'normal people' don't return after just one day. Then they accepted that something was off, made another pair (took weeks), that was also completely broken (in a less obvious way), while being quite obnoxious about it. Some of the shop assistants were helpful but majority seemed to have something against me personally (perhaps for speaking English) and it was extremely hard to deal with them.

It started with a lazy, bored with his work shop assistance that was too annoyed with my case. It was too difficult for him to measure my eyes or to understand what was going on! Got the wrong diagnose. Waited 2 weeks for the glasses. Went home with my new glasses and something was very wrong. Went back and got a second diagnose. Different from the first one. Another two weeks have passed and no glasses. Called the shop and when I was on my way got a call saying they were wrong again!!! Another week passed. Again back to the shop... and guess what?! Wrong again! Asked for my money back. Waited 6 weeks to have 160€ it transfered to my account!!!!! 6 weeks after several calls and mails to the shop and headquarters of Pearle!!!! And Pearle is a shop with 61 years????? What a joke. Never again! Be smart. Shop somewhere else!
