De eerste keer zag ik erg tegen een behandeling op.
Deze pedicure (Monica) is professioneel, werkt heel hygiënisch, is empathisch/ betrokken en oprecht geïnteresseerd in mensen.
Ik kan merken dat ze een echte "vakidioot" is; met passie legt ze uit wat ze waarom doet en vindt het ook leuk om extra uitleg/ achtergrond informatie te geven.
De praktijk heeftg wachtruimte maar ze plant de afspraken zo, dat er veel/ ruim voldoende tijd tussen twee cliënten zit. Een overlap met een andere cliënt heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt.

The first time I was very disappointed with a treatment.
This pedicure (Monica) is professional, works very hygienically, is empathetic / involved and genuinely interested in people.
I can tell that she is a true "professional idiot"; with passion she explains what she does and why she also likes to give extra explanation / background information.
The practice has waiting room, but it schedules the agreements in such a way that there is much / more than sufficient time between two clients. I have never experienced an overlap with another client.
