Direct na het afrekenen (nog in de winkel), realiseerde ik mij dat mij te veel werd gerekend. 1 van de 3 items was niet afgeprijsd, ondanks dat dit wel duidelijk zo staat aangeven in het rek. Toen ik de verkoopster daar op wees was de eerste reactie, dat ik dit verkeerd had gezien. Toen de dame op mijn verzoek toch even meeliep naar het rek en duidelijk bleek dat het item met 30% werd aangeboden, was de reactie geen enkele vorm van excuus maar slechts "wij kunnen toch ook een fout maken". “Je hebt al betaald en wij geven geen geld terug” “Je kunt het item alleen ruilen voor een ander item". Zeer teleurstellend om als terugkerende klant in de winkel zo slecht behandeld te worden. Ik koop mijn petit bateau kleding volgende keer elders waar klanten wel fatsoenlijk worden geholpen. "You have already paid and we do not return any money" "You can only exchange the item for another item". Very disappointing to be treated so badly as a returning customer in the store. I will buy my petit bateau clothing elsewhere next time customers are properly helped.

Dit werd niet terug gekomen omdat ik alleen mocht ruilen terwijl ik niets in de winkel op dit moment nou vond. Ik ben terug gestuurd om het dan online te regelen, terwijl de regels zo zijn dat je online items ook in de winkel moet kunnen retourneren. Geen klant vriendelijke zaak! Ontzettend teleurgesteld vooral ook omdat ik hier een account heb en veel gekocht heb. Maar ik stap nu over naar andere merken en zal nooit meer iets van dit merk kopen! Zeker ook niet in deze winkel!!!!! I bought a lot from PB. Today I returned an item that was purchased online.
