Whatever you choose will be delicious and balanced, pure piece of France in the Middle of Amsterdam.
The place is run By the owners who are a magical family and their amazing staff!
The specialty of the place are the tartlets that look like jewelry and are varied in lots of combinations and flavors, very special everything is balanced and not too sweet.
And at the weekend they make lots of pastries that make the heart dance.
The butter croissant and the one with chocolate are delicious, the legendary brioche bread and also the savory tartlets are soper delicious.
The divine Cheesecake dont missed!!!
And the drimi Chocolate mouse.
In my opinion anyone who loves and appreciates Patisserie should have a Patit Gateau in his life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lucky to first try them at the branch in Foodhallen. I was extremely impressed with the panacotta one and realised they had the main shop near centraal station. I went there the very next day and tried more tarts. I casually asked if they had classes and was very lucky to attend a tartlette workshop the following evening. It was a really great class with nice participants, friendly and patient instructor and also the co-owner was friendly too.
We made the basic tart shell with 4 different fillings. They use very high quality ingredients (valhorna chocolate and pearl toppings for example). There were plenty of tarts to go around and we got to keep the apron with their logo as a keepsake from the course.
There were a lot of nice conversations after the course and overall a very good experience. Definitely one of the highlights of the short holiday in Amsterdam. Highly recommended.

Right dab in the middle of the center of Amsterdam amongst a slew of breweries, bakeries and shops you’ll find this lovely place. Every single one of these have been tried, and I can’t say I’ve ever left disappointed. Stop by
