★ ★ ★ ★ ★ die lage ist super und wir hatten tolle tage dort verbracht. allerdings ist das objekt dann doch schon in die jahre gekommen und hat mit deluxe nicht mehr viel zu tun. die küche war nicht gründlich geputzt und das versprochene netflix ging auch nicht. der brötchen service für morgens hat leider gar nicht funktioniert, die aufgebackenen brötchen wurden bereits abends hingestellt. der besitzer hat immer wieder versprochen selber zu kommen, hat allerdings immer seine leute geschickt, die allerdings sehr bemüht waren. kritik konnte der besitzer leider gar nicht vertragen.
wie gesagt wir hatten eine schöne zeit und die lage war toll, aber das objekt ist überteuert und es wird mehr deluxe versprochen.
 the location is great and we had great days there. however, the property is getting on in years and doesn't have much to do with deluxe anymore. The kitchen wasn't cleaned thoroughly and the promised netflix didn't work either. the bread service for the morning did not work at all, the baked bread was already put out in the evening. the owner has repeatedly promised to come himself, but has always sent his people who, however, tried very hard. Unfortunately, the owner couldn't take criticism.
As I said, we had a great time and the location was great, but the property is overpriced and more deluxe is promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten das so schon nicht sehr preiswerte Haus recht frühzeitig gebucht. Da einchecken erst nachmittags möglich ist, fragten wir später an, ob wir zumindest das Gepäck schon bei der Ankunft am Vormittag einstellen können, um es nicht mit durch die Stadt schleppen zu müssen. Für diesen kleinen Extraservice verlangte man allen Ernstes 200 €. Bei dieser Frechheit fiel uns die Stornierung nicht schwer.
We had booked the not so very reasonably priced house quite early. Since check in is only possible in the afternoon, we asked later, if we can at least set the luggage on arrival in the morning, so as not to have to carry it through the city. For this little extra service you demanded in all seriousness 200 €. At this impudence the cancellation was not difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the best stay I have ever had in Amsterdam. Lovely apartment with lovely view onto the canals in the heart of the „negen straatjes“. The apartment is very cozy and gives you a „local vibe“ of the city when you‘re staying in a traditional loft. There‘s a balcony on the back aswell and a little kitchen to prepare food. The owner is very nice and attentive and brings an appletart every now-and-then.
