Wordt nooit begroet hoe hard ik ook Goedemorgen/ Goedemiddag zeg. Laatst 7 man aan het werk 1bali open niemand die reageert om te helpen mdwster tot ze vraagt zou iemand mee kunnen helpen. 7min staan wachten. Waiting times almost always too long. Always get the feeling when I step inside that I am not welcome !!! I am never greeted no matter how hard I say Good morning / Good afternoon. Last 7 man working 1bali open no one who responds to help mdwster until she asks someone could help. Wait 7 minutes.

T	TheCycla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service kan, zeker aan de telefoon, beter. Medewerkers zijn niet al te vriendelijk. Soms zelfs op het snauwerige af. Mijn laatste telefonische onderhoud met een van de medewerksters was dan ook weer niet al te best. In de apotheek zelf is het al heel wat beter geregeld. Men wordt relatief snel geholpen en hier is de service iets beter. Uitleg over de medicatie wordt goed gegeven en je merkt dat men goed let op de klanten. Een heel verschil met de telefonische service! Service can be improved, certainly on the phone. Employees are not too friendly. Sometimes even on the snarling. My last telephone interview with one of the employees was not too good. In the pharmacy itself it is already much better arranged. They are helped relatively quickly and here the service is slightly better. Explanation about the medication is well given and you notice that you pay close attention to the customers. A big difference with the telephone service!

Deze apotheker geeft ongegeneerd verkeerde medicijnen uit aan verkeerde patiënten en blinkt uit in NIET meedenken en het LAAGSTE serviceniveau. Bijzonder hoog kastje-naar-muur gehalte. Ronduit beschamend. DANGEROUS and extremely UNFRIENDLY and completely NON SERVICE ORIENTED. This pharmacist unabashedly dispenses the wrong medicines to the wrong patients and excels in NOT thinking along and the LOWEST service level. Particularly high cabinet-to-wall content. Downright embarrassing.

Administratie zou wel wat beter kunnen zeg. Moet ik nou eerst langs gaan om te melden dat mijn pillen elders liggen? Pharmacy unreachable by phone, e-mail is not answered. Erg vriendelijk geholpen, wachttijden misschien wat lang, maar vond dat geen probleem, omdat men echt de tijd lijkt te nemen om haar klanten te helpen. Zelfs erg alert toen bleek dat de huisarts een iets te lage dosering antibiotica had voorgeschreven voor mijn dochter. Sinds 6 maanden gebruiken wij de ophaal automaat, voor de medicatie van mijn man. De apotheek is zelf zeer alert met het vullen van de automaat, zodat wij de medicatie tijdig in huis hebben...
