★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier komen we nooit meer. Twee maal weggestuurd met mijn recept terwijl zorgverzekeraar het WEL vergoedt. Ik mocht het wel eerst afrekenen en daarna de rekening opsturen. Dit is dus zo'n apotheek die geen moeite voor je wil doen. Ik heb naar een apotheek op de Kleiweg gebeld waar ze veel vriendelijker waren, het even hebben gecheckt en ik kon gewoon met mijn recept het medicijn komen ophalen en ze gaan meteen voor mij bestellen. Fijn dat er nog apothekers zijn die WEL moeite willen doen voor hun klanten.
 We will never come here again. Sent away twice with my prescription, while health insurance company reimburses it. I was allowed to pay first and then send the bill. This is such a pharmacy that does not want to bother you. I called a pharmacy on the Kleiweg where they were much friendlier, checked it out and I could just come with my prescription to pick up the medicine and they will immediately order for me. Thanks for the fact that there are still pharmacists who DO want to make an effort for their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inderdaad nooit iets op voorrraad. Altijd lange wachttijden. Sluiten het rolluik al ruim voor sluitingstijd. Onvriendelijke dame achter de balie, die uitstraalt dat je liever niet kon komen voor je recept. Ik schrijf me uit bij deze afschuwelijke apotheek!
Indeed never anything in stock. Always long waiting times. Close the roller shutter well before closing time. Unfriendly lady behind the counter, radiating that you would rather not have come for your recipe. I unsubscribe from this horrible pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ben pas hier geweest met moeite lopen kom ik binnen vervolgens moest ik wachten dus ik haalde mijn telefoon uit mijn zak om te kijken wat ik heb ontvangen en snel stop ik mijn tel weer terug in mijn jas vervolgens komt een nederlandse medewerkster mij aanspreken heb je nou wat in jou jas gestopt ik zeg wat zeg je nou ben je helemaal gek geworden ik voelde mij zo vals beschuldigd ik heb zo iets nooit mee gemaakt bij deze apotheek altijd lief en aardige medewerkster vind dit echt niet netjes en mvr loopt zónder ene excuus of sorry met een grote bek gewoon weg wat mij nog bozer heeft gemaakt ik zal dit ook aan de baas vertelen en een klacht indienen .
I've only been here with difficulty walking I come in then I had to wait so I took my phone out of my pocket to see what I received and quickly put my phone back in my jacket then a Dutch employee comes to speak to me what I put in your coat I say what are you saying now you have gone completely crazy I felt so falsely accused I have never experienced something like this at this pharmacy always sweet and nice employee thinks this is really not neat and mrs runs without an excuse or sorry with a big mouth just away what has made me even more angry, I will also tell this to the boss and file a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele tijd heen en weer gebeld Om medicijn te regelen voor vandaag. Twee dames door de telefoon bevestigen dat het vandaag zou klaar staan in de uitgifterobot. Specifiek naar gevraagt ook. Nou dag is bijna voorbij en nog steeds niks.
Pas ingeschreven bij de apotheek.. maar hm ga toch maar weer terug naar mijn oude. Dan maar extra rijden. Dat is dan minder erg dan hier.
Called back and forth all the time To arrange medicine for today. Two ladies by the phone confirm that it would be ready today in the issuance robot. Also specifically requested. Well the day is almost over and still nothing.
Just registered at the pharmacy .. but hm go back to my old one. Then drive extra. That is less bad than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja, soms gaat er wel eens iets mis, gebeurt in elk bedrijf.
In mijn geval heb ik niets te klagen. Goede service en meestal vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik begrijp ook wel dat niet alle dagen hetzelfde zijn, bij mij ook niet.
Yes, sometimes things go wrong, happens in every company.
In my case I have nothing to complain about. Good service and usually friendly and helpful. I also understand that not all days are the same, neither am I.
