Het personeel is altijd vriendelijk en geeft zeer duidelijk uitleg over de medicijnen en het medicijngebruik.Geen wachttijden, ik word altijd snel geholpen. Top pharmacy! Onze dochter heeft een betaalbare studenten zorgverzekering bij deze verzekering komt het voor dat er herhaalrecepten via internet besteld moeten worden. Na een bezoek aan haar huisarts blijkt dat ze voor haar stage in Zuid Afrika toch Malaria tabletten nodig heeft. Wij als ouders gaan haar ook bezoeken en krijgen ook een recept mee. Na contact te hebben gehad met haar zorgverzekeraar wordt tegen haar gezegd dat ze de tabletten via Efarma moet bestellen. Jammer aangezien we het liefst de recepten bij 1 apotheek inleveren. Dit bericht bespreek ik met onze Apotheker Mw. Hazenberg. Zij geeft aan blij te zijn dat ze dit hoort omdat er tegenwoordig steeds minder klanten naar de apotheek komen. Ze neemt contact op met de zorgverzekeraar en belt ons terug met de mededeling dat de tabletten gewoon bij haar in de apotheek afgehaald kunnen worden. De zorgverzekeraar geeft hier toestemming voor. Fijn denken wij en mijn dochter gaat haar tabletten ad 135, - euro direct halen. Teruggekomen van vakantie ontvangen we post van de zorgverzekeraar waarin staat dat de tabletten van mijn dochter niet betaald worden. Ik neem contact op met de zorgverzekeraar en zij bevestigen dit aan nogmaals aan mij. Ik geef aan dat onze apotheker contact heeft gehad met de zorgverzekeraar en het volgens haar wel betaald zou worden. Ze verwijzen ons terug naar de apotheker deze heeft tenslotte het geld geïncasseerd en toezeggingen gedaan. Ik neem contact op met de apotheker en zij gaat bellen met de zorgverzekeraar. Na enkele uren komt ze met een ander verhaal en zegt ze dat ze nooit heeft gezegd dat we de tabletten betaald zouden krijgen als we ze bij haar zouden afnemen?? Ze weet ook niet meer wie ze gesproken heeft bij de zorgverzekeraar. Erg professioneel! Kortom hier volgen enkele uitspraken die ze doet: “Een vakantie is nu eenmaal duur” en “Ik kan u voor 10, - euro tegemoet komen dat is de marge die op de tabletten zit” en “Ik moet zelf ook de broekriem aanhalen. De vraag die ik haar stel of ze weet hoeveel geld 135, - euro is voor een student (de gemiddeld 5, - euro per uur krijgt) beantwoord ze met “ ik heb zelf ook gestudeerd” We vragen ons allen af waarom de zorg steeds duurder wordt en wie er de dupe wordt nu het lijkt me zo dat de klant nog altijd als eerste de dupe is en ook weinig kan ondernemen hiertegen. They refer us back to the pharmacist who finally cashed in the money and made promises. I contact the pharmacist and she will call the health care provider. After a few hours she comes up with a different story and she says that she never said that we would get the tablets paid if we took them from her? She also no longer knows who she spoke to at the health insurance company. Very professional! In short, here are some statements that she makes: "A holiday is simply expensive" and "I can meet you for 10, - that is the margin on the tablets" and "I also have to tighten the belt. The question I ask her if she knows how much money 135, - euro is for a student (the average gets 5, - euro per hour) she answers with "I also studied" We all wonder why healthcare is becoming more and more expensive and who is suffering now that it seems to me that the customer is still the first to suffer and can do little about it.

Helaas kan deze apotheek niet alles bestellen wat ik zou willen hebben en maakt het eigen keuzes in welke merken ze verkopen. Ik heb ook al een aantal keren gehad dat ze meldden dat iets landelijk niet meer verkrijgbaar meer was maar dat ik het via een online apotheek nog steeds kan bemachtigen. Na wat strubbelingen is er uiteindelijk wel contact geweest en is het toch weer in orde gekomen.
