This has the slowest service on the planet, perhaps the galaxy. If you want to experience time slowing down, come here. Seriously, you can spend an hour here just waiting to talk to someone. Perhaps put a bell on the desk?

The service here is actually good compared to BENU. Staff has always been useful and take the time to explain how the pills work.

Not only a terrible pharmacy but a dangerous one, playing with patients health and life. 8 times out of 10 they fulfill prescriptions wrong, wrong mix, wrong dosage, wrong medicine all together. It came to a point where every medicine we pick up has to be double checked with the doctor only to find out we got wrong stuff. Doctor has also been in touch with them a couple of time to point out the impact of their mistakes. At this point after their last literally life-threatening mistake and then actually laughing it off (!) we are taking the case with proper authorities. These people should not be in medical care! I recommend this place if you like playing Russian roulette with your life and health.

I give only one star because Google in their infinite wisdom won't allow a 'no star' rating. this is definitely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The waiting seems forever and I have no idea what the staff are doing. I can clearly hear and see there are at least five people, yet somehow only one is attending customers. And that in the slowest way possible. Why does the staff member have to go and check five times? Can they not check everything in one go? I have been there and upon presenting my prescription, the staff member went to get it and came back to say "no, we don't have it". Then I said "but I have just spoken to the doctor who said the medicine is right here". Then the staff member went back again and lo and behold! My pills were there just like the doctor told me. What happened? Why did the staff member at first claim my pills were out of stock? I gave her the recipe with my name and all other info. Another time I got some other medicine with a wrong sticker. It had the name and birthday of some lady. The medicine was mine because I got it for the second time so I recognised it, but why did they put a wrong label on it? To make matters worse, these people refuse to use a ticket dispenser making the interminable waiting even tenser because I also have to keep an eye out for other customers who may think I am already being helped and simply jump the queue. So we have here incompetent staff and the interminable waiting compounded by the lack of a ticket dispenser. I think the waiting can be significantly less stressful if there is a ticket dispenser so there, I have offered a suggestion for improvement and haven''t simply been complaining.

What an incredibly level of customer service (or: lack thereof) this pharmacy manages to display time after time. Now they are closed on Saturday, until further notice. No announcement online, not updating Google, simply a note on the door.

This place shouldn’t exist! They have a smirk on their face when you explain to them that the medication you got is wrong AGAIN! The specialist had to call them multiple times to explain they should not come up with their own calculations in terms of dosages (among other things), before at least consulting with them! Once I had the head of the pharmacy calling me (after having spoken to the specialist) and instead of apologizing, she was defensive and it ended with her trying to blame me! Not to mention one time (a year after making mistake after mistake) when they said they will not help me further if I’m so upset! *6 months has passed since my review and I must say, things have improved. I also see new faces (different staff) maybe that’s the reason?! Anyhow, they are way more friendly, helpful and proactive!

The staff is friendly but so extremely slow. After taking your prescription they "dissappear backstage" like forever ? They NEVER have the medication I needed on stock, regardless how basic the medication was. The lines there are super long, and I always have to get in that line twice (to order and to pick up). No privacy whatsoever. It is so bad that it is actually funny.

You need to take 1 day vacation in order to get your medicine. They are annoyingly slowly, even if I am the only customer, it still takes on average 15-20 min to get your medicine. Most of the time there are 3-4 people working, yet they either hide behind the closets or dissappear in the background and let you wait. You have higher chances of your health complaints dissappearing in the meantime then getting your medicine within a normal waiting time...
