★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for two hours (delivery time on paper being 40 minutes), called them and was told they gave my food to some guy on the street. No one bothered to call the phone I had given in my delivery note. I was lost for words.

Very cold pizzas...
I hope they will find they way... I've being client for 2 years and today was the worst day...
I might give another change... but other pizzas places are doing better... any another pizza place will have your delivery with the right order in less than 1 or 2 hours of waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ every time i order a pizza, some ingredients are missing. how is that even possible. one job, and failed every time. who ever is making pizzas at that place should get fired. i pay for the ingredients that i do not get. i ordered so far 5 times, it makes no sense anymore. just horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I've got to say here, I expected anything when I saw a lot 1s vs. 5s, but I have already tried other major pizza makers in the city, so I wanted to try the Domino's as well.
This is actually great! My first order was a pick-up. The pizza (funghi, 35 cm, on the photo) was ready on time, with the right sauce and extra cheese. It was great value for money!
The next time, I ordered online and it was in very soon, as expected. I say so because I am living some 650 m walking from them. So while I haven't tested how delivery across the city would work, this works for me.
Their pizzas were filling and good in taste. I could use a thinner base, but ultimately I didn't mind.

One time they didn't add the requested toppings which I paid for, another time I've scheduled the delivery for a specific hour and they brought me the pizza 30 min after my order was made . Clearly not professional and incompetent. I won't order from them ever again.
