★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queues (was never accepted on time scheduled before), questionable qualification - I've seen doctor googling stuff right in front of me (what is the use of that kind of doctors then), and to get a referral to professional you need to be on the deathbed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists have very bad manners and lack communication skills. I've been to SAG pampuslaan 5 times and every time its an embarrassing situation. The way they speak to people, their attitude. Im a dutch native, and am quite embarrassed by the way they treat us but especially foreigners (non dutch speakers). I had an urgent matter with my daughter (under 1 years old) and received responses like ‘just google what to do. were too busy at the moment to hold your hand’. The doctors themselves are ok, but since you would be able to access them in Covid times without going through the receptionists, Id strongly advise to look for another practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My huisdoctor is always busy and I always meet some randome doctors. They always send me home and advise just to relax. They think that all my problems and complaints I just made up. I’m in pain, I have dizziness and nausea. And she said there is nothing to worry about. she said that I’m so young and have so much complaints. Well dr. S. M. van der Zwan sorry to disappoint you. You have your job just because me and other people are suffering!!!! and you are useless! shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, super slow receptionists. Doctors with questionable qualifications that could not diagnose problem correctly and send to physio instead of proper orthopedist, and send home with eye inflammation instead of ophthalmologist (month later when finally got a referral to one - doc said I am lucky nothing bad happened, and why da fudge GP was so slow to make a referral). So avoid this clinic, because it is useless, if not more - harmful.
