De bezorging ging altijd fout
Op een vrijdag zou ik mijn medicatie bezorgd krijgen ik was thuis maar niemand gezien
S'avojds heb ik een boze mail verstuurd dat ik het weekend zonder pijnstilling zou zitten en dan een probleem had
De apotheker zat die avond laat in de apotheek omdat er een patiënt was die iets nodig had
Zij las ondertussen de mail en zag die van mij
Ik werd gebeld rond 22m30 uur
En vervolgens was zij om 23.30 uur bij mij thuis met de medicatie
Door corona kon ik haar niet knuffelen maar was haar erg dankbaar nu hebben we een speciale formulier ingevuld zodat het in de brievenbus mag
En dat gaat goed
Ik dank dan de apotheker voor haar inzet en loyaliteit
Mijn mening is nu erg positief over deze aopotheek

On a Friday I would have my medication delivered. I was at home but hadn't seen anyone
S'avojds I sent an angry email that I would be without pain relief for the weekend and then had a problem
The pharmacist was in the pharmacy late that night because there was a patient who needed something
In the meantime, she read the mail and saw mine
I got a call around 10.30pm
And then she was at my place at 11:30 pm with the medication
Because of corona I could not hug her but was very grateful to her now we have filled out a special form so that it can be sent to the letterbox
And that is going well
I would like to thank the pharmacist for her commitment and loyalty
My opinion is now very positive about this pharmacy
