So to avoid any potential problems I decided that I should call phone2cover. The man was very friendly on the phone and we had a great conversation and chat while he repaired my phone on site. He also took the time to replace all the original parts on my old screen and put them onto the aftermarket screen that I had purchased online. The man didn’t charge me much and he was very friendly and did everything effortlessly. Even applying my tempered screen protector afterwards, even though he Was busy. He has definitely won a new customer, next time something happens to my phone I will definitely come here. Honest and truthful service/consumer advice, all done with a smile. I am very happy with the service. Thank you very much for repairing my phone so quickly and so politely. I never really speak highly of any shop, however this man definitely deserves all the stars he can get. For all your phone needs big or small, I definitely recommend going to phone2cover first !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They advertise phone repairs/service on their store front window, so I went inside and waited patiently for assistance. I wanted to pay to put a screen protector onto my phone but because I didn't buy the glass protector from him he sent me away. It seemed he only cared about how much money I would spend inside rather than about good customer service or advice. But in the end I understood his point but it was the way he communicated that was an issue so I'm sorry for him that he was having such a bad day, or that he was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of customers.
