★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great & friendly service. My mobile phone kept switching off so I thought the battery was worn out. They replaced it but that didn't solve the problem. They tried another one, same result. Finally they checked all the connectors and cleaned the inside + installed new sofware, all with no extra charge. Work again now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a complete scam, bought a 10 euro plan that suppose to come with 3gb internet and unlimited text and phone call. All credit is used up in less than a day. Can't text or call. The guy took my phone to punch in some code and now my phone is slow. Very very sketchy business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to buy a SIM card to use during my trip in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The guy offered me a Lycamobile SIM card.
I asked him, more than once, if I’d have data in Belgium and Luxembourg as well and he said yes, so I bought the 7gb option.
It worked perfectly fine during the 10 days I spent in The Netherlands (and I still had 4,5gb to use).
But now that I arrived in Belgium, it says I have to purchase more data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold me an "unlimited" plan that was supposed to have unlimited calling/texting plus data. Could not make a single phone call or send regular text messages and now I have been informed by Lycamobile that I used all the data on the account. SIM is now good for absolutely nothing - pretty disappointed as I was sold the 'top of the line' option in store and got ripped off. I hope the owners/operators see this and contact me with a solution, at which point I would be happy to improve the rating to 5 stars.
