I really would like to thank Omoda staff for the great patience in ordering all 35 size shoes for me and taking their time, so I could try them on and make my best decision. I felt so spoilt and welcomed :) cannot wait to by my next shoes here. You are def right now my fav shoes shop in all Amsterdam :)

They didn't have any suitable shoes in stock (my feet are very wide) but the assistant was very helpful and explained that they do sell wide shoes online and that if I let them know in advance they could get them in for me to try. Unfortunately that means a double trip, but way more helpful than any other store I tried today.

When you buy on the OMODA site, you get a clear promise: Voor 23:59 uur besteld, morgen in huis - Ordered before 23:59, delivered tomorrow. Unfortunately, this is just a marketing trick. In my case, the parcel would be delivered 4 days later than promised. When confronted, the customer service of OMODA says that the delivery is out of their hands and it is up to DHL to decide when to deliver. What about that unequivocal promise? In the eyes of OMODA there is nothing wrong with it. Apparently there is a notice somewhere that this is merely an intention. So what happens if the parcel, gifts in my case, did not come in time? Would it be possible at least to cancel the order which is not needed anymore because of the delay? Nope. Now it is the customer's problem. Just wait for the useless parcel, whenever it comes, and then go through the cancellation procedure, fill the form, arrange a collection by DHL. Happy New Year!

I did not find the boots I was looking for, those should be water resistant, and the prices are to the higher end. In store they have many interesting things, that made my group visiting the place, to end up buying so many things.
