O	Oliver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zweimal habe Ich den Dienst von Piano List in Anspruch genommen. Das Klavier wurde jeweils ins 1. Geschoss bzw. aus dem 1. Geschoss transportiert. Vor knapp 4 Jahren musste das Klavier noch auseinandergebaut werden, da es nicht in einem durch das Treppenhaus passte. Heute, 4 Jahre später, wurde mit einem neuen Gurt gearbeitet und das Klavier war innerhalb von 10 Minuten die schwierige Treppe von zwei Profis herunter getragen worden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und kompetent. Empfehlenswert. Twice I have used the service of Piano List. The piano was transported respectively to the first floor and from the first floor. Almost 4 years ago, the piano had to be disassembled, as it did not fit in one through the staircase. Today, 4 years later, a new belt was used and the piano had been carried down the difficult staircase by two professionals within 10 minutes. The staff are very friendly and competent. Recommended.

Konnten 9 Monate eine E-Piano mieten, wobei uns die Miete vollständig auf den Kauf angerechnet wurde. Wer etwas Gutes kaufen möchte ist dort an der richtigen Adresse. Excellent advice and service! Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und wurde durch zwei ebenfalls sehr nette Mitarbeiter durchgeführt. Betonen möchte ich auch, dass die Freundlichkeit nicht mit dem Kauf aufhört. Haben per Zufall die Homepage entdeckt und wären an einem Mietkauf interessiert gewesen. Mein Mann rief vorhin dort an und „wir liefern in NRW“ ist wohl ein sehr eingeschränkter Begriff in diesem Geschäft. Münster käme überhaupt nicht in Frage! Nach dieser Info war der Herr am Telefon sehr abweisend und desinteressiert. Wir sind sehr froh, da nicht (umsonst) 140 km hingefahren zu sein ! We are very disappointed with the extremely unfriendly phone call. Discovered the homepage by chance and would have been interested in a rental purchase. My husband called there earlier and “we deliver in North Rhine-Westphalia” is probably a very limited term in this business. Münster would be out of the question at all! After this information, the man on the phone was very dismissive and disinterested. We are very happy that we didn't drive 140 km there (for nothing)!
