★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buchung zum Klavierstimmen per Kalender hat sehr gut geklappt. Hr. Filipski war pünktlich zum Termin da und hat gut eine Stunde fürs Stimmen benötigt. Ein Tag vor dem Termin kam auch noch eine automatische Terminerinnerung. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass ich den Preis von 140€ recht hoch finde.
Booking for piano tuning by calendar worked out very well. Mr. Filipski was there on time and it took a good hour to tune. One day before the appointment there was also an automatic appointment reminder. The only point of criticism is that I think the price of 140 € is quite high.

Nachdem wir ausgiebig beraten und uns die unterschiedlichen Hersteller, Modelle gezeigt und erläutert wurden konnten wir uns für ein Kawai entscheiden. Das Piano wurde sogar am gleichen Tag zu uns nach Hause geliefert. Vielen Dank für die super Beratung und den Service! Wir kommen wieder :-)
We are beginners and were looking for a good quality electric piano for our son, my wife and me. After we had extensive advice and the various manufacturers and models had been shown and explained to us, we were able to decide on a Kawai. The piano was even delivered to our home on the same day. Thank you for the great advice and service! We will be back :-)

Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür.
Es gibt viele verschieden Klaviere zu sehen.
Ich habe direkt das Klavier mitgenommen und es wurde sogar beim Einladen geholfen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Filiski ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Er hat uns gut beraten, uns aber nichts aufgedrängt. Wir wurden bei unsere Wahl gut über alle Vor- und Nachteile des Pianos aufgeklärt und wussten somit genau, was wir kauften.
Um die Lieferung hat sich Herr Filipski ebenfalls gekümmert. Zwei Wochen nach Lieferung kam Herr Filipski bei uns vorbei und stimmte das Piano, so dass es nun einen sehr guten ausgewogenen Klang hat.

Mr. Filiski is very professional and friendly. He gave us good advice, but didn't force anything on us. When we made our choice, we were well informed about all the advantages and disadvantages of the piano, so we knew exactly what we were buying.
Mr. Filipski also took care of the delivery. Two weeks after delivery, Mr. Filipski came to see us and tuned the piano so that it now has a very good, balanced sound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gleich hinter der Grenze und daher auch für niederländische Kunden interessant :-) Bei der Suche nach einem neuen Instrument wurde mir hervorragend geholfen. Herr Filipski nahm sich viel Zeit, um die Möglichkeiten zu besprechen, gab gute Tipps und half bei der Organisation des Transports. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
Right across the border and therefore also interesting for Dutch customers :-) I received excellent help when looking for a new instrument. Mr. Filipski took a lot of time to discuss the possibilities, gave good tips and helped organize the transport. Definitely worth a visit.
