★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People at the reception seemed a little bit uninterested and self-absorbed, which I didn't really like. I had some questions about aftercare and the person at the desk quite bluntly told me to just read the folder. The piercer himself was really nice though! Really talked me through the process and generously answered all my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had both my nose, plus my 2nd & 3rd ear piercings done here. The piercer has a very calming energy & is always very helpful if you have any questions. He'll talk you through each step & is very comforting if you're nervous. I felt that they had a very high level of hygiene here & a large variety of jewellery options. Will definitely be going again & plan to source all my jewellery from here when it becomes time to change it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible. As soon as i walked in i noticed no one was wearing a mask and when i asked someone to put one on she not only refused, but got even closer to me. I’m 14 and it took me weeks to persuade my
parents to let me get my ears pierced and to save up money for the piercing. I was so excited to get this done and it was a huge let down. do not go here unless you want to feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful piercer, I've been coming here for 1,5 years now. I got my nostril, both earlobes, helix, and eyebrow pierced here, there were never any complications and the service is fair. They also offer a nostril stud disguised as a ring, so it's possible to immediately get a nostril ring here without an increased risk for infections. Will likely come back here for future piercings, would highly recommend.
