The worst customer service I've come across in a long time. I'd give no stars if I could. I purchased a bed from here and was told to expect delivery in Week 10 of this year. Without any notification from Piet Klerkx (I tracked the order online myself), my order got pushed back to Week 11. I reached out to them for an explanation of the issue and to see if Week 11 was guaranteed. I was told they'd be reaching out to the supplier to confirm delivery but of course no one got back to me. I checked again this week and my order has been pushed back to Week 14!! Again with no notification or consideration that people like me are moving into completely unfurnished homes and need to be able to plan accordingly. What made it worse was that my friend also purchased the SAME BED, on the SAME DAY with me and his bed is being delivered next week! When I wrote to Piet Klerkx on this directly, this was their response: We are sorry to hear that you have not heard from us, we expect your bed about week 14 With kind regards, Angelique Klerkx Customerservice Piet Klerkx I called in today (March 14) and was told that my bed was NOT EVEN IN PRODUCTION YET which as may well be a spit in the face. They obviously couldn't care less about their customers or their experience. I would not do business with PK again or recommend anyone to do so either. For the money you'll spend and the additional headache that comes with their "service", go with another company.

I orderd on 27 april 2020 all my livingroom furniture at Piet Klerkx. They said cause of corona delivery would be 8-10 weeks. After 3 months I checked the β€œstatus” and they moved the delivery to week 36 4 4 months and half). When I called them, they said they might be able to deliver a part of the furniture earlier, week 30. Some furniture came and the chairs that I orderd for 3000€ are totally different than what I have expected. I asked if they can be returned or modified, the anwear was they can be returned but I will lose 50% of the amount I payed. In the meanwhile I have a family member visiting in august, they cant stay in our house because after 4 months we still have no furniture so I have to pay a hotel for my guest. Thanks Piet Klerkxx, awesome service! And expensive!

October 16th 2020 a failed delivery of some kitchen parts (due to wrong instruction to the factory). No sound from sales (Dhr. IJpelaar) on that day. Next week monday and tuesday nothing (although it was promised somebody would call). Formal letter send since it seems there is total incompetence at work, sales points to service department. Tuesday formal letter per post. Contact person on tuesday would contract sales person on wednesday. No results on wednesday, only after mailing again (only a voicemail stating...do not know what it is about, whilst all information is in his possession, pointing to service). Talked to service on friday, She would discuss the matter and get back to my before 1700. Nobody contacted me. Nobody knows anything, no communication, not keeping promises. Total frustration. Already decided.. never again (!) but the story will continue in the coming weeks I expect. There is a total inability to communicate and understand the impact of failed delivery. I must say that the people coming over for the installation made the best of it. Those two people would get 4 stars. Update October 26th. Contact who was supposed to call is not in office on monday and tuesday. Backup is sick. However, customer service did their best to find somebody else to respond. Committment was made to call today for a new delivery date and by wednesday respond on the other items in the letter, as it seems end november, which would be good. So, there is progress. Also a response today on this online message by customerservice who promised to contact me. UPdate 2 October 26th. Also the promise today to be contacted to plan delivery ....nobody called, mailed, nothing. Again..promises but no delivery. Update October 27th. Mail from klantenservice, delivery november 22nd. Apparently I was not reacheable by phone but I have no missed calls. Asked per mail to confirm that the kookplaat and sink would be installed AND connected as promised (normally not done), but this was promised during the faulty delivery on november 16th. No response yet on my other formal letter. Update 28th october. Customer service promised (Contact Naomi). to call back on friday. The customer service on monday promised should would call on wednesday since she is not there on monday and tuesday. You already guess it...AGAIN nobody contacted me. ALSO the promise of customer service on the google search, they never contacted my on the abyssmal service (apart from the details around my order). Update 28th october. IN the formal letter, the demand was made to return a fair amount of money since no delivery was done. That deadline has past, NOBODY makes contact. This deadline was october 26th. The current delivery is three days after the deadline for delivery, I agreed with that, no point to make too big of a fuss about it But the rest is really redicolous. Update November 4. Instead of calling back the same day, I now get a call which rings three times and stops, almost 10 days too late. Then I get a mail whether or not (from the same Naomie) whether she can still help. Regular service number overloaded and the service nummber, from which I was called, was not in service. So, responded back that the initial demands and questions still need to be responded on and nothing has changed. NO money back, deadline past, no communicationon it, absolutely nothing. It is just incredible, still. The mess up on everything. Oh, and customer service per mail did inform me on nov 2 that I would be called on wednesday, so that was correct. Only to ring 3 times... Update November 9. Last week thursday customer services asked when to call back, I said between 11-12 that day. NO Response. On Friday I say they could call all day after 1100. NO repsonse of customer service or any other (Als not Naomi). February 2021. Failed again at the third attempt. Zouden dinsdag bellen. Niets, tot vrijdag. Dan melden dat er al een nieuw blad besteld is (allicht...te lang gewacht). Ze kunnen t niet en service..beloofd en liegt, kan het niet anders noemen. Voorstel om te stoppen afgewezen.
