★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite hotel in Amsterdam! The location is ideal - great restaurants, shopping and the stunning Vondelpark nearby. The hotel is charming - part of the townhouses in the turn-of-the-century neighborhood. The interior is crisp and modern while retaining classical elegance and luxury finishes.
The chef was fantastic - invites me to eat at the kitchen while we chatted about travel. The staff bent of backwards to ensure I was happy.
The hotel smells like a spa - the rooms are detailed to 5 star level and the toiletries are fantastic. But HANDS DOWN the best feature is the fully stocked complimentary minibar! Will book again and again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. The building is beautiful, located close to the city center but in a non-touristy location. The service was impeccable. The rooms are tastefully designed with cute small touches like an old working transistor radio and a complimentary journal. The bed was amazing, super comfortable! And the shower was great too. Couldn't say enough good things about this place! Everyone was so friendly, we were even greeted with complimentary glasses of red wine when we checked in. We kept saying that it felt like we were staying in the home of a family friend, not a hotel. We were also able to catch breakfast here one morning and the food was fantastic - they have a working open kitchen 24/7! Overall, we loved our stay with Pillows and we will definitely stay here again next time we come to visit Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute hotel near the Vondelpark (good for picknick when it's warm). The front door is easy to miss but nowadays we have our phone to navigate a city. Carles was friendly and treated us properly. He's always welcome to come to our branch in Eindhoven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pillows Hotel is a quiet, charming boutique hotel very near the Vondelpark in Amsterdam. It is walking distance from the Rjeiiksmuseum an Van Gogh Museum. Also, walk through the park to great restaurants and Amsterdam's own version of Rodeo Drive.
Great service, lovely accommodations. About 180 E per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly an amazing hotel, the staff is very friendly and tentative to every possible need, the rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable and the location just a minute walk from Vundle Park is just perfect, also I recommend to add the breakfast.
We spent 3 nights and can't wait to be back.. And we will!

Carles was friendly and treated us properly. He's always welcome to come to our branch in Eindhoven, but don't expect the same quality (of breakfast) there!
You can hear the staff converse from the dinner/breakfast area. Wouldn't mind seeing a more balanced team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was amazing! Clean comfortable rooms with luxury amenities. Staff are warm and attentive and food is nice. Our trip was for my partner’s birthday and the staff were incredible and arranged for balloons and a cake to be in the room when we came back from a day out, as well as giving us a free upgrade on our room. Great experience, really recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Good room. Light front desk which creates ambiance. Windows are locked ? and no car park so you have to wait min 1h to get back your car (price is not the same as it q&a in booking).
