Bij De Plataan pizzabar draait het – hoe kan het ook anders – om pizza’s. Om kwaliteitspizza’s. In onze open keuken met een state of the art pizza oven worden zowel historische als verrassende pizza’s bereid volgens de aloude leer van de Romeinen. De pizza uit onze pizza oven is niet zomaar een pizza, maar een pizza van hoogwaardige kwaliteit, gemaakt van het speciale meel recept uit Italië. Het deeg bevat tarwemeel van de beste kwaliteit en krijgt bovendien twee dagen lang de tijd om te rijpen en te rusten. Hierdoor krijgt de pizzabodem een egaal bruine kleur en een karakteristieke smaak en textuur. Met deze manier van deeg maken wordt ingespeeld op de moderne en gezonde levensstijl zonder concessies te doen aan smaak, kwaliteit en traditie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pizza's for a good price. The service is very bad though. We were with a big group and they made a few mistakes. They gave us the wrong pizza and one of us didn't get his food at all. He had to go and ask for his food in order to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wine was served in bad glasses used for water, service was not nice by the staff, we ordered bread and didn't come and finally we ordered Vegetarian pasta and the dish came with some ham. I used to like this place and I hoped they enhance the service .
